Fanshawe College Learning Lab

The objective for this project was to re-design a simulation learning lab for students enrolled in the PSW and DSW programs at Fanshawe College. The redesign will be a multi-use space that can be easily reconfigured for different learning needs and healthcare disciplines. The existing space will be utilized to its maximum potential for both student and faculty by including various areas of realistic home settings as well as an area for group learning. The space includes pods to replicate bedroom settings for patients of all life stages, a kitchenette, an accessible and non-accessible washroom scenario.
